Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The raffle is conducted by the Electric Sports Racing Association Inc. (ESRA), Permit No. LS223678425, issued under the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987 (WA).

2. Eligibility

- Tickets may be purchased by members of the general public.

- Prizes will only be shipped to addresses within Australia
- Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted to purchase tickets if any prize includes alcohol.
- ESRA as an organisation is not permitted to purchase raffle tickets. However, individual ESRA members may purchase tickets in their personal capacity.

3. Ticket Details

- Tickets are numbered consecutively from 1 upwards.
- Tickets are valid only once full payment has been received.
- All tickets sold will be entered into the draw.

4. Prize Draw

- The raffle draw will take place on 16 November 2025.
- Winners will be determined by a random draw of ticket numbers.
- The major prize will be awarded to the first ticket drawn, with subsequent prizes allocated in order of draw.
- Each valid ticket has a fair and equal chance of winning.

5. Prizes

The prizes for this raffle are:
1. Veymax X4 Pro
2. Veymax Mini 2S
3. Boblbee Backpack + AUSPEV Merchandise Pack

- All prizes are awarded as described; no cash alternatives will be offered.
- Any restrictions or additional costs (such as ongoing maintenance or accessories) are the responsibility of the winner.
- All prizes will be delivered to winners within 30 days of the draw.

6. Publication of Results

- Results will be published on www.esra.org.au/auspevraffle and ESRA/AUSPEV social media channels on 16 November 2025.
- Winners will also be contacted directly by ESRA.

7. Refunds

- Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable unless written approval is granted by the Gaming and Wagering Commission.

8. General Conditions

- Tickets may not be sold in public places (e.g., streets or doorways) without the required local authority approvals.
- By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
