Event Schedule

The 2026 AUS PEV Nationals runs from Friday 21 August to Sunday 23 August 2026 at Coffs Harbour Kart Club, with competition spread across three track variations over the weekend. The schedule is designed to balance qualifying, championship racing, warm-up time, vendor activity, and rider recovery across all classes.

Friday — Track E

Arrival, check-in, qualifying and novice racing

6:00am – 11:00am
Setup and arrival
Timing installation, track signage, pit lane setup, charging zones, vendor bump-in, and rider arrival.

10:00am – 11:30am
Rider check-in and timing setup
Sign-on, waiver confirmation, device checks, and transponder/timing confirmation.

11:30am – 12:30pm
Lunch and vendor focus
No track activity during this period.

12:30pm – 1:00pm
Novice-only qualifying
Best lap counts for novice riders.

1:00pm – 4:00pm
Open qualifying
Open qualifying for Pro and Challenger classes, with riders managing sessions through the afternoon.

4:00pm – 4:35pm
Novice Championship Heat 1
Opening championship heat for novice classes.

4:35pm – 4:55pm
Demo / buffer block
Vendor demos, community laps, or time recovery if needed.

4:55pm – 5:55pm
Special races
Esk8 Spec Race and EUC novelty race. These sessions are non-championship.

Saturday —

Track E (AM) to Track A (PM)

Warm-up, championship racing and high-speed afternoon sessions

8:30am – 9:30am
Open track — Track E
All classes on track for warm-up and setup checks. No racing behaviour permitted.

Lunch and track change buffer
Hard stop for racing, with time for food, charging, and reset.

Track reconfiguration
Track E transitions to Track A, followed by safety checks and marshal redeployment.

Challenger warm-up — Track A
Warm-up for Challenger classes.

2:30pm – 3:30pm
Pro warm-up — Track A
Warm-up for Pro classes.

3:30pm – 3:50pm
Reset / charging / re-grid

3:50pm – 5:10pm
Championship Heat 2
Track A championship racing for Challenger and Pro classes. Novice classes do not race Track A.

5:10pm – 6:00pm
Flex / recovery / community time
Optional open track, vendor activity, media, or early finish if needed.

Sunday — Track G

Final warm-ups, championship decider and podiums

8:30am – 9:00am
Track open / systems check
Officials, marshals, and timing setup. Riders remain off track.
